A flirtatious first meeting
According to the Glamour report, the chemistry between an international artist Katy Perry and a talented movie star Orlando bloom sparked during the Golden Globes after-party in January 2016. The insiders started that both celebrities were definitely flirting with each other and even left together.
Being official
In April 2016 the two lovebirds were seen together at Coachella and the next month they confirmed being an official couple. The singer posted a picture with her boyfriend on Instagram, where they can be seen in France, at the Cannes Film Festival.
Holidays together
In August 2016 the two were spotted in Italy, enjoying the time at the Mediterranean sea, paddling. Also, they celebrated Thanksgiving Day with Katy’s family.
Sudden breakup and quick reunion
In March 2017 the pair suddenly announced they were calling their relationship quits. It was a mutual decision and they remained friends. However, within five months, they were photographed together having a nice time during an Ed Sheeran concert in LA. They were cuddling and so, it was obvious that they reunited. It happened officially in February 2018.
Engagement
On February 14, 2019 Orlando popped a question with a beautiful ruby ring. Of course, Perry said yes and the celebrities began planning the wedding in Japan. Today it is on hold due to the coronavirus pandemic.
A baby is on the way
In March 2020 the whole world got to know about Katy’s pregnancy, as she announced it with the help of a music video called Never Worn White. In April the couple opened up about the baby’s gender and it is a girl!
