Bio
A gifted musician, singer-songwriter, dancer, film performer and entrepreneur, Kevin Jonas drew his first breath in New Jersey, where he grew up with three siblings. His father Paul is a songwriter and musician, while his mother Denise is singer and former sign language teacher.
While growing up the brothers created a group Sons of Jonas and in 2005 decided to demonstrate their songs to Columbia Records president Greenberg. He listened to their song Please Be Mine and offered to sign a contract. In such a way, a boy-band Jonas Brothers was established officially.
Their first album called It’s About Times was presented in 2006 and didn’t have commercial success. That’s why the group was left without a label.
However, within just a few months, they started collaborating with Hollywood Records that helped the band introduce the second studio album that got into the top 5 Billboard Hot 200 and could be heard not only in the US but also Canada, Germany, Italy, the UK and Australia. The third album A Little Bit Longer turned out to be also extremely popular among millions of fans. Finally the band’s fourth album reached the first position in Billboard 200 with 247 sold copies within the first week of sales. Despite the fact that the band was getting more and popular, the boys disbanded in 2013. In 2019 the band reunited and presented the fifth album Happiness Begins.
Apart from singing, Kevin also appeared in a number of TV projects, including Hannah Montana, Camp Rock, When I Was 17, Married to Jonas, etc.
Today, the celebrity keeps developing his path as an actor and singer.
