Bio
A remarkable film performer and singer Lucy Hale was welcomed in Memphis to her mother Julie and father Preston. A future star’s life wasn’t that different compared to other kids. However, everything changed when she turned 12. Her mother noticed her exceptional singing talent and signed her up with acting and singing lessons. In order to devote more time to artistic development, Lucy was homeschooled.
At 13 she went to LA to take part in American Juniors, where she got to the final. She didn’t win the competition but instead, became one of the members of a newly created group that performed at Slime Time Live, An American Idol Christmas and other shows before it broke up.
Meanwhile, her acting career was developing way slower. She had been auditioning unsuccessfully for various roles for several years and rarely appeared on TV with minor roles. Yet, then she got one of the main roles in TV series Bionic Woman and many producers paid attention to her great acting skills. After that she starred in The Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants 2, A Cinderella Story: Once Upon a Song, Pretty Little Liars and many other TV projects.
Her acting career is booming now but she doesn’t forget about music. She has already released one studio album and regularly presents new singles.
