When did they first meet?
A worldwide-known movie star Nicole Kidman and a famous country music singer Keith Urban first met at the G’Day USA Gala in LA, in January 2005. According to the film star, she liked Keith from the first moment she saw him and couldn’t understand why he wasn’t interested in her. As it turned out later, he didn’t call her immediately after the meeting, as he wasn’t ready to start a new relationship. However, after four months, he plucked up the courage and called Nicole, which resulted in a creation of a powerful couple.
Wedding bells
As Us Weekly reported, the two lovebirds tied the knot in a very romantic ceremony in Manly, Australia, in June 2006. The wedding was attended by family members as well as closest friends, including several celebrities: High Jackman, Naomi Watts and others.
How many children do they have?
In July 2008 the actress gave birth to their first common child, a daughter, who they named Sunday Rose. In December 2011 the family welcomed one more cute daughter Faith Margaret, who was delivered thanks to a surrogate. It would be interesting to know that Kidman is also a mother to a son Conner and daughter Isabella, whom she adopted while being married to Tom Cruise.
What now?
The pair has been going strong for 14 years already, raising their children, loving, caring and supporting one another. As some sources claim, their marriage is so successful because they always make time for each other. Today, they keep quarantining together amid the coronavirus pandemic.
