An internationally known singer, a talented dancer and a movie star – yes, it is all about stunning Jennifer Lopez.

A future star was delivered in New York. Her father first worked in an insurance company and later got a job in an IT sphere. Her mother was a kindergarten teacher as well as a housewife, who raised three kids. When Jennifer turned 5, parents signed her up with singing and dancing classes that helped her tremendously in the future. At school, she gladly took part in all performances and even staged theatricals with sisters at home. In addition to that, she was into gymnastics and softball.

Despite the fact that she wanted to pursue an acting career, she entered college to study law as her parents wanted her to. But just after one semester she left it and began looking for a job in the entertainment industry, attending multiple castings.

She debuted on a big screen in a film called My Family that brought her recognition. After that she featured in such successful TV projects as Selena, Out of Sight, Shall We Dance, Monster-in-Law and others.

As for her music career, it has been blossoming since 1999 when she released the first single If You Had My Love. In total she can boast of 15 albums.
